How to get involved

If you would like to get involved with the League of Friends, you can become a Committee Member, Friend, or Volunteer

From donations and fundraising, to volunteering or becoming a committee
member. Below are just a few ways you can help:

Make a Donation – what we do wouldn’t be possible without the support of individuals and organisations in the local community.  If you would like to help the Friends of Wallingford Hospital by making a one off or regular contributions, you can donate at Just Giving.

Apply to become A Friend – We’d love to keep you updated about how you can support patients and staff at Wallingford Community Hospital, as well as sharing news of future events. All we request is a suggested donation of £3.

Volunteer   We’d love to hear from you If you can help out at any of our up-and-coming fundraising events, contact us at  wchlof@gmail.com

Fundraise – from marathons and mountain climbing, to cake sales and pub quizzes, there are plenty of ways you can raise funds for the League of Friends.

Become a Committee Member – We are looking for new members from various backgrounds to attend our monthly meetings at the hospital, where we discuss fund raising ideas and review requests from hospital departments that enhance patient’s wellbeing.  If you are interested then please email us at   wchlof@gmail.com

Leave a gift in your Will – Your legacy is our future, leaving a gift in your Will – big or small – to the League of Friends of Wallingford Hospital charity is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can make a difference. To leave a gift in your Will, talk to your solicitor.
