As a small charity without employees or a premises only a small reserve is required.

Planned monthly expenditure for daily newspapers for St Leonards Ward and garden maintenance amounts to £500 per month, all other expenditure is on an ad hoc basis.

It was agreed by the trustees that we hold a reserve of £1,500 to allow for three months planned expenditure.

This policy is to be reviewed annually at the League of Friends of Wallingford Hospital AGM.
